1) Heat 3 Tablespoons Cooking Oil in pan. When hot, fry onions until slightly brown.
2) Put in prawns and stir until colour changes. 3) Add in green peas, salt, pepper and stir quickly. 4) Remove and leave on one side. 5) Heat 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil in pan. Pour in egg and fry.
